The Apocalypse is coming to Arkansas!

Last week there was a massive fish kill in the Arkansas River where an estimated 100,000 drum fish were found in a 20 mile stretch of the river and 5,000 birds fell out of the sky on New Year's Eve! Both of these events happened northwest of Little Rock, AR.  Maybe that crappy movie with Hilary Swank in Louisiana about the plagues should really have taken place in Arkansas.  The movie was so crappy I can't remember the name.

I used to think Will Ferrel was funny...

until I watched the video.  I know I was in the minority, but I still enjoyed him some times.  I freakin' love Elf!  One of my favorite Christmas movies (this reminds me I haven't watched it yet or Christmas Vacation)!  Old School is another classic.  That all went away after this.

I love Vin Diesel!!!  The trailer for the new Fast and the Furious is out and it looks like everyone from the last 4 movies is in it!  Well except Letty who is dead.  But who cares it has everyone well else.  These movies make me act like a teenage girl!  I am giddy.

For every letter sent to Santa at a Macy's mailbox a $1 will be donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  Santa's special mailboxes are located in Macy Stores nationwide.  You can even write and decorate your letter at the Macy's website and then print them off to mail in the store!  I know this is a way to bring people to the stores, but it is still a good cause.  They will donate up to a $1 million.

A zedonk is half zebra and half donkey. Pippi's mother was a donkey and her daddy was a zebra and she is all cuteness! She was named her Pippi because of her striped legs resembling Pippi Longstocking.

I love Google and all their different applications. Now if only I could learn how to use them all! I am actually going to try some of the suggestions in the article Rock Your Google Calendar in 18 Ways.

Cracking the Code

Credit card security has a secret code to validate cards. You start with a number then cross out every other one and double it. Then cross out any double digits and add them together. Then add all the numbers that are not crossed out together and if it is divisible (i don't know if that is the right word!) by 10 it is a good number! Seems a little complicated, but is it pretty cool that it works when you try it. MSN Money has a an article on it that includes a worksheet that you can download and fill out.
