Alumni File PhotoI don't keep up with affairs at Texas A&M that much and was a little surprised that they are looking for a new mascot. The recently retired Reveille started at the school my second year so I think she is about 6 or 7 years old now. The last several Reveilles have been collies, but they are now planning on changing the breed. Several of the mascots have had temperament and health issues so I can understand why they want to change the breed. However, I don't understand the nationwide search for a female dog 1-1 1/2 years old?!
I think they should just adopt a dog from the pound if you want my opinion.
