This 8th grade exam from 1912 is getting some press lately and I can see why! I bet a lot of 8th graders today would fail this with flying colors! I am not even sure I could pass it. I don't know who settled Maryland. The test was donated to the Bullitt County History Museum. The staff has kindly come up with possible answers for the test which you can find on another page. I did like 5 questions and it made me feel stupid so I had to stop! No cheating now!
