Greenwashing

MSN had a story today on 4 'green' claims to be wary of. Shockingly the first product line on the list was Clorox's Green Works. In Natchitoches there is only a few choices on where to shop and lately actual green products that are made to much higher standards like 7th Generation have been replaced by Green Works! A few stores carry a couple of the products in the 7th Generation line, but not many and not consistently. The article also mentions the website sinofgreenwashing.org. This site has a report that you can download that talks about different aspects of greenwashing. Doesn't really mention any names, but may help you make more informed decisions by telling you what to look for.
