Dirty Dozen

Environmental Working Group suggests eating organic fruits and vegetables from the "dirty dozen" list. The fruits and vegetables included in the list had 47 to 67 pesticides per serving. The testing was done after the fruits and vegetables were power washed by the USDA. That's right I said power washed! As you can tell the washing them doesn't get rid of the pesticides! The pesticides are higher in these fruits and vegetables because of the skin or the roots.
